This week, I focused on two dinner recipes, as well as a great little snack/breakfast/lunch item. Enjoy!

Bruschetta Chicken

Only 2 points pre serving! Easy to make in advance, cover, refrigerate and bake within a day or two.

Chicken Bolognese Sauce

Zero points per serving! Makes four servings. Easy to freeze, and pairs well with pasta, zoodles, spaghetti squash – or just eat it with a spoon!
